I am a frequent customer of this store. I like Shrimp and Pork Yon Ton. Here is my normal way of cooking it. I boil a pot of water and drop a few yon tons into the boiling water to cook for 3-5 minutes until the yon tons are floating above the water. The next step is to drain the water and immerse the cooked yon tons into a small bowl of clear chicken bone soup added with little chili power and fresh Chinese corriendo. It is taste. By the way, not to forget to bring a cooler during the summer when purchasing from the store.
